<p><strong>What you need:</strong> Besan (Gram flour), onions, potatoes, cauliflower, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, vegetable oil and salt.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Repeat the same with the onions.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2:</strong> Separate the florets from the cauliflower.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3:</strong> Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the gram flour. Make the batter thin by adding water to it.</p>
<p><strong>Step 4:</strong> Heat oil in a shallow pan.</p>
<p><strong>Step 5:</strong> Once the oil is hot take the cut vegetables, one at a time and dip it into the flour mix before releasing in into the pan.</p>

<p><strong>What you need:</strong> Gram flour (Besan), finely chopped onions and green chillies, salt and butter.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Mix besan, finely chopped onions and green chillies in a deep pan.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2:</strong> Make the mixture thin by adding water to it. Try not to add too much water and keep the texture of the mix slightly thick.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3:</strong> Heat butter in a flat pan.</p>

<h3><strong>Maggi Cutlets</strong></h3>
<p><strong>What you need: </strong>Maggi (1 packet), ½ cup finely chopped onions, cabbage and capsicum, 3 boiled potatoes, chilli flakes, salt, maggi masala and oil.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Boil the maggi noodles with one teaspoon of oil but without the maggi masala.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2:</strong> Take a bowl and mash the potatoes. To it add the finely chopped onion, cabbage and capsicum. Further add chilli flakes, maggi masala and salt to the mixture.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3:</strong> Add the boiled maggi noodles to the mixture prepared in step 2 and mix the whole thing gently.</p>
<p><strong>Step 4:</strong> Take the mixture in hand and make balls out of it. Keep the balls on your palm and press them to give a flat shape.</p>
<p><strong>Step 5:</strong> Take oil in a pan and fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown.</p>

<p><strong>What you need: </strong>Maggi (1 packet), ½ cup paneer cut into small cubes, ½ cup finely chopped onions, cabbage, carrots and capsicum, salt, oil, maida, maggi masala and green chillies.</p>

<p><strong>What you need:</strong> Maggi (1 packet), basil leaves, a few cloves of garlic, salt, maggi masala, handful of walnuts and olive oil.</p>

<p><strong>Step 2:</strong> Add 2 table spoons of olive oil to the noodles so that they do not stick together.</p>

<p><strong>Step 3:</strong> Add salt and maggi masala to this mixture.</p>
